good morning: breakfast blog

Good morning!

I drive about 30-40 min to work- 1 way! With that said, I practically live in my car. I despise rude drivers and reckless drivers. What is worse? Rude drivers or reckless drivers? >_<

Enough venting. I don't want this blog to be a forum for me to complain- this blog is much better than that and I don't want to bring any negative vibes to you.

While I was driving I couldn't help but think about my delicious pancakes waiting for me at work! I love Trader Joe and all the variety of foods that they offer. It is good!

Today I would like to present to you: TJ Danish Pancake. They are cute and round. Moreover, they are so easy to make- just put them in the microwave for 40 seconds. It comes frozen and 2 balls are enough for me. I like to drizzle honey over it but you can also sprinkle powder sugar or serve it with jam. It is so soft/ pancakey like and so good with coffee! I recommend you try it too.
