{fortunately for me, my work complex have very pedestrian friendly walk ways with groomed landscapes}
At around late morning, I take advantage of the morning rays by indulging myself in an brisk 20 min walk. Sometimes it is 15 min.
Benefits: vitamin D, morning sun rays are the best rays (according to my mom and grandma), promotes blood circulation that in turns promotes healthy heart and skin, & peacefulness.
You must must take time off from work to walk and get away from work and people. Studies show that these frequent breaks help your performance and consequently will help you make better decisions! Try it! It's easy!
