Hello iron, vitamin a, folic acid, b1, b2, b6, vitamin c and much more



Seaweed. Yes seaweed.
It is so good with rice, in salad, in soups, by itself! Oh my I love seaweed. When I walk on the beach in Pacifica and I see seaweed on the sand- I drool.
Do you know how many health benefits there are in seaweed? Let me list a few:
