Have you ever had a jujube before? It has a lot of beneficial properties.
You can eat it in the young stage or wait for it to ripen and eat it in other ways. In the young stage, it is crispy and taste kind of like an apple. When it ripens, it gets dry and you can serve it with tea or use it in soups.
Of the many benefits of jujube, one of them is emotional distress. Dark chocolate also helps and that was what I had too.
Ugh. Today was just yucky.
