{reformer class- I was trying to sneak a picture with my camera phone and apparently my pilates instructor caught me; see her staring in the mirror >_< }
There is no such thing as "I don't have time". This was something my friend from Berkeley taught me. She asked me why I didn't call her to hang out anymore and I was like, 'Oh I don't have time'. And she responded: 'You do. Time is constant; only you are relative.' I was embarrassed and confused. Mostly confused.
If you really want to do something, you would make time for it accordingly amidst your busy schedule. There is no such thing as not enough time. Your character is seen through how much you time you spend on certain activities. For example, if you play games a lot- you are a bum because you like to immerse yourself in mindless things.
Since that day, I haven't used the phrase: I don't have time. I simply tell the truth.
Because I want to try new things- I decided make time for things like pilates. There are many different types of pilates and doing it on the machine above is one way. The machine is called a reformer and you can either lie on it or sit on it to do various toning activities. It is very helpful to get a good stretch. I finally have stopped giving excuses to myself and actually make good use of my time before it flies by to try new things and stay fit.
Are you making good use of your time?
