{what I do when I am bored: take pictures of myself on my laptop camera and analyze every inch of my face- I would not recommend this} Happy Thursday! I hope you all are having a great week so far. Friday is around the corner and I can't wait to start my wining (trying new wines). I have been really pushing myself quite hard this week on my endurance and physical limits in yoga and cardio. Since I have been taking this new yoga class, I am learning so much new moves. I love a good challange but I think I pushed myself a little much on Tuesday. I came home sore and just so weak. I thought at first that it must be a sign that my body is dehydrated (bc I was extra thirsty all day) but I then I came to realize that I think I just did too much. So much so that even though I was so tired in the evening, I couldn't fall asleep at night! That is not good. My tip for all you yogis: When trying new techniques, ease your way into them rather than try to get them right the first time. Afterall, yoga is about teaching your muscles and limbs to move in a different direction it normally is not in- so give your body a chance to recover before attacking that pose.
