Happy Mothers Day

-Happy Mothers Day to a strong and inspiring woman-

-I went to Trader Joe and these are what caught my eye. The beets are not as good as the beets I had at House of Prime Ribs. I never knew how good beets could be until I went to HOPR and had their beet salad! Unfortunately, this beet salad didn't taste as good. -

-My mom's favorite dish -

-Trader Joe's chocolate souffle. The BEST. The chocolate cream inside was rich and not as sweet as I thought.-
