My mom wanted to teach me (me, who have been making smoothie for a year now) how to make proper smoothie. According to her, a good smoothie needs fresh fruits, sweet fragrance and the right consistency. I like my smoothie watery; that way I can gulp it down easily.
My mom likes it thick and she likes the apples unpeel. I don't like the skins of the apples in my smoothie.
In this smoothie concoction, she has: bananas, apples, & strawberry with milk. It was good but I would prefer it more watery.
It's so funny seeing my mom getting more invovled in my diet regiment. It makes it more fun for me and I get to learn new things from her. (Or is she learning from me....????)
